Shipping and Delivery

What do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat fee of $10.00 for shipping, waived on orders exceeding $250.00. All duties and taxes are included in case of international shipping.

When are products shipped?

Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will generally be shipped out on the same day.* Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

The shipping times to the US are 2-5 days.

*Please note that there could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided.

How will my items be shipped?

For domestic orders, we will ship by FedEx. For international orders, please keep in mind that shipping rates and delivery times vary from country to country.

Please note that all shipping times are business days. We do not currently ship to any PO Box or APO/FPO adresses.

Cancellations

In stock orders: orders are authorized and processed real-time, so cancelling an in stock order is very difficult. If you need to cancel, please contact Customer Service at support@fullertonguitars.com as soon as possible after the order has been placed. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the Returns process to return the product for a refund.
